Key Responsibilities for the Financial Services Specialist:
  • Collaborate closely with financial advisors to understand client needs and customize financial plans.
  • Communicate with clients as needed to clarify financial goals, gather additional information, and address inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
  • Utilize financial planning software and tools to model various scenarios and assess their impact on clients' financial objectives.
  • Produce tailored financial planning reports for new business cases, annual reviews, withdrawals, and other ad-hoc client requests throughout the year.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in the development of financial plans.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client information and financial plans.
  • Stay informed about financial planning regulations, industry trends, and techniques that may affect client strategies.
What We're Looking For the Financial Services Specialist role:
  • Qualifications:Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (DipFA) or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Experience:Previous experience in a financial services or advisory role, with a focus on financial planning, is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing documentation.
    • Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
