Paraplanner Specialist

At Templegate Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanner to join our team of experienced professionals. As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors in delivering tailored financial strategies to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a high level of accuracy in preparing documentation. Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office applications is essential for this role.

• Collaborate closely with financial advisors to understand client needs and customize financial plans accordingly.
• Communicate with clients as needed to clarify financial goals, gather additional information, and address inquiries.
• Conduct thorough analyses of clients financial situations, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
• Utilize financial planning software and tools to model various scenarios and assess their impact on clients financial objectives.
• Produce tailored financial planning reports for new business cases, annual reviews, withdrawals, and other ad-hoc client requests throughout the year.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in the development of financial plans.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client information and financial plans.
• Stay informed about financial planning regulations, industry trends, and techniques that may affect client strategies.

• Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (DipFA) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience: Previous experience in a financial services or advisory role, with a focus on paraplanning, is advantageous.
• Skills:
