As an HR Tech Sales and Service Account Consultant at The Hartford, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives. You'll work closely with Technology Vendor Managers to track RFPs, sales, invoicing, and auditing, as well as client-level communications and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of Group Benefits experience and excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues. Strong relationships-building skills and the ability to interact with customers and brokers are also essential.

This role offers a competitive annualized base pay range of $63,200 - $94,800, along with other rewards such as short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.

About the Position
  • Support Technology Vendor Managers with tracking, auditing, and customer-related issues.
  • Communicate with clients and brokers on billing and eligibility issues.
  • Validate invoice accuracy and process payments.
