Senior Care Assistant - Leadership Role at Country Court

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to lead our team at Westfield Nursing Home in Boston, Lincolnshire. As part of The Country Court Family, we strive to provide exceptional care to our residents, exceeding their expectations.

Job Description
  • Deliver personalized care to residents, ensuring their emotional and social needs are met
  • Implement and monitor effective care plans, adjusting as necessary to meet residents' evolving needs
  • Supervise and develop a team of care assistants, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Key Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a Senior Care Assistant with experience leading a team and NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent. Essential requirements include:

  • Leadership and management skills to motivate and support a team of care assistants
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needs
