Deputy Home Management Lead

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Chase Medical. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained. If you have recent experience working in a care setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Oversee the effective operation of our care home, including staffing, budgets, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Registered Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Carry out regular audits and inspections to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a senior care role.
- Recent experience working in a care setting.
- A deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000-£65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
