Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Chase Medical. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our care home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained. If you have recent experience working in a care setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
  2. Oversee the effective operation of our care home, including staffing, budgets, and quality improvement initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with the Registered Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  4. Carry out regular audits and inspections to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a senior care role.
  • Recent experience working in a care setting.
  • A deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000-£65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
