About the Role
We're seeking an experienced CRM Executive to join our team in Bristol, Glasgow, or London. As a key member of our CRM team, you'll play a critical role in driving customer engagement and business growth through data-driven strategies.
Your primary responsibility will be to create and deliver high-performing CRM campaigns that meet our business objectives. This will involve working closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion.
You'll be responsible for managing the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution and analysis. You'll also work closely with our reporting and analytics team to track campaign performance and optimize future campaigns for maximum ROI.
