We are seeking an experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our retail team in Westbury-on-Trym. As Customer Experience Leader - Retail, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of shop staff, and contributing to the overall success of our shop.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of shop staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Ensure accurate stock management, visual merchandising, and store displays
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
- Collaborate with other teams to promote the charity's brand and services
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
