Customer Service Excellence Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Excellence Leader to join our team in Sales and Service Management. As a key member of our Sales office, you will be responsible for leading the service centre team to achieve sales and margin targets, growing the existing customer base, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
- Lead the service centre team to achieve sales and margin targets, growing the existing customer base, and delivering consistent excellent customer service.
- Collaborate daily with external sales and technical functions, supporting and promoting development of the team, and promoting and maintaining HSE policies and initiatives.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless delivery of services and support the company's mission to make industry work better.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, resulting in increased sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Able to understand the company's product and service offering, its operating position, and uses.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits:
