Welcome to Nisbets, a leading supplier of catering equipment. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Advisor to join our team in our Flagship Store, the National Catering Equipment Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver first-class customer service by meeting customer needs and encouraging repeat business.
  • Sales Performance: Contribute to store sales targets and KPIs, including revenue, margin, conversion, footfall, quotes, and ATV, to maximize profitability.
  • Store Outreach: Utilize local knowledge to contribute to the store outreach plan, which may include outbound sales calls, visiting customers, and participating in meetings and events.
  • General Shop Floor Duties: Perform tasks such as stock replenishment, processing deliveries, and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Uphold great standards of cleaning in shop floor areas, back areas, windows, and fitting rooms.
  • Treatment of Visitors: Treat all visitors with respect and consideration, using training provided to assess and approach difficult situations.
