About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of People and Inclusion to join our team at Redefined Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our people strategy, making RSM an employer of choice.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of best practices across the employee lifecycle, with expertise in fostering a sense of engagement and belonging within an office and region. They will lead and develop a high-performing People Advisory team to deliver exceptional experiences for employees throughout their careers.

The successful candidate will be expected to establish strong relationships with business leaders, partners, and stakeholders to drive business-focused people solutions. They will also contribute to nationally driven initiatives that continuously improve the employee experience and champion the use of people analytics to inform decision-making.
