Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Head of Employee Engagement to join our HR team at Hybrid. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a vital role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and driving business growth.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will also receive a monthly contribution to your physical health costs (e.g. gym membership), private health care, and a generous annual leave entitlement.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
  • Managing a small team of internal recruiters
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify top talent
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years in a Talent Acquisition role
  • Extensive understanding and experience in recruitment and recruiting processes
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
