Job Description

As a Head of Employee Experience, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies that drive employee satisfaction and retention. Key aspects of this role include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive people plans
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve shared goals
  • Conducting regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities to team members

Requirements for this position include:

  • CIPD certification (level 7 or above)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution

We are offering a salary range of $110,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
