Employee Experience Lead

We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Lead to join our team at Unite Students. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of a best-in-class learning programme and L&D roadmap that aligns with our objective to become a high-performing, high-capability organisation.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with the entire business to support the end-to-end learning cycle, designing, building and delivering learning content that has a direct impact on enabling teams and individuals to grow.
  • You will collaborate with the L&D Coordinator to arrange live learning events, workshops and make new online learning available to the right audiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the design and delivery of different methods of learning across Unite Students, including coaching, mentoring, job shadowing, online, virtual and face-to-face learning.
  • Work with third-party learning providers to identify relevant learning solutions.
  • Drive the development and implementation of an improved Talent Cycle working alongside the whole Academy Team.
