About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering HR tasks, collaborating with the HR Manager, and ensuring HR processes align with company policies and core values.

  • Manage new starter administration, including right to work checks, reference requests, offer letters, contracts of employment, DBS checks, and other related tasks.
  • Organize recruitment requests, proofread job descriptions, direct new roles to the HR Manager for evaluation, and conduct salary benchmarking when necessary.
  • Draft HR-related letters, such as contracts, changes to salary, promotions, and general correspondence, subject to final approval by the HR Manager.
  • Conduct exit interviews, record data, and provide insights to the HR Manager.
  • Coordinate and process probationary and annual reviews.
  • Track change requests and complete payroll administration, with a final check and approval by the HR Manager.
  • Support the HR Manager in short-term and long-term projects, participating in meetings and setup of HR systems as required.
  • Understand HR policy and procedures.
  • Prior experience with HR data and correspondence throughout the employee lifecycle is required.
  • Familiarity with HR software systems is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • CIPD level 3 active membership and qualification completion are desired qualifications.Why Join Us?
