About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, resolving conflicts, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances, providing fair and impartial resolutions.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide training and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring they are aware of company policies and procedures.
