Job Description

About the Position

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. You will be responsible for providing essential support to managers and employees while ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Advise on disciplinary procedures, resolve HR issues, and conduct investigations.
  • Policy and Compliance: Ensure policies are up-to-date with employment law and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in performance reviews and coordinate training programs.
  • HR Administration: Handle HR queries, manage HR communications, and produce reports.
  • HR Projects: Drive initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
