Main Responsibilities:

  • Support Employees: Provide Guidance On Employee-Related Matters Such As Disciplinary Procedures, Grievances, And Absence Management.
  • Ensure Policies Are Up-To-Date: Confirm That All HR Policies Are Current And Compliant With Employment Law.
  • Develop Training Programs: Assist Managers In Performance Reviews And Create Training Plans.
  • Handle Enquiries: Respond To HR Questions, Manage Communications, And Produce Reports.
  • Improve Processes: Identify Areas Where HR Processes Can Be Improved And Enhance The Employee Experience.
