We are seeking a talented Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting managers across the South West of England, providing expert HR advice and active support on complex matters.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in case management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize activities to meet deadlines and business needs. They will also be up-to-date with UK employment law and HR best practices, and able to provide commercially aware, pragmatic HR advice.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of HR cases, prioritizing activities to meet deadlines and business needs.
  2. Provide proactive telephone and written HR advisory services to managers at all levels.
  3. Act as the HR lead on complex people matters, including hearings and appeals across various locations.
