About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Employee Wellbeing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting colleagues in developing their knowledge of health and wellbeing.

Job Summary

This role involves supporting colleagues to make positive choices and develop their wellbeing, helping them access required services and taking responsibility for improving their health and wellbeing where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
  • To establish effective action plans and progression routes through personal assessment and vocational profiling
  • To offer short-term advice and guidance in relation to a work situation
  • To regularly review progress using distance travelled measures and ensure action plans are reviewed and developed
Requirements
  • Experience of working with people who may have or be experiencing mental health problems
  • Knowledge of mental and physical health conditions
  • Knowledge of caseload management
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at grade 'C' or above or equivalent qualification or experience
  • Experience of working with people with multiple and complex needs, including health conditions and disabilities
  • Experience of the employability sector
Salary and Benefits

The salary range is £26,000 to £29,545 per annum. We also offer 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays and Birthday Day off, with the opportunity to buy additional days.

Location

The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to our offices across the UK.
