About the Role

As a Student Wellbeing Support Specialist at Five Education Recruitment Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting students' social and emotional development. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure individualised support is effective and results in improved outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a background in mental health support, excellent listening skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. Experience working in an SEMH setting and mental health qualifications are desirable.

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students. You will engage in regular meetings with students, providing individualised support to develop their wellbeing and mental health. You will also monitor progress and document it electronically, collaborating with parents, staff, and external professionals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support key students in developing their wellbeing and mental health
  • Meet regularly with students to discuss their progress and goals
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure effective support

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes free specialist training, a recommend a friend bonus scheme, subsidised initial DBS cost, and a guaranteed work scheme. We operate a PAYE payroll, ensuring transparency and no hidden fees.
