We are seeking a highly motivated Student Success Coach to join our team at Randstad Student Support in the Bristol area. This role involves working closely with students to set and work towards achieving their academic and personal objectives.

Job Description:

As a Student Success Coach, you will provide one-to-one coaching and mentoring to students, helping them develop strategies to overcome challenges and improve their mental health and wellbeing. You will also work closely with other stakeholders, such as teachers and family members, to ensure that students receive the support they need.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience of working with vulnerable individuals. A good understanding of education and mental health principles is essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and work within agreed boundaries.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £26,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme and training opportunities. We also offer flexible working hours to accommodate your needs.
