Job Title: Educational Support Specialist for SEMH Students

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educational Support Specialist to join our team at a fantastic school in South Bristol. The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional support due to Social Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in their academic, emotional, and personal development
  • Develop creative and inclusive strategies to meet the individual needs of students
  • Collaborate with other staff members and parents to bring about positive change for each child

Requirements: No previous experience is necessary, as long as you share our passion and values that every young person deserves a great education. You must be able to use your initiative, be creative, and 'think outside of the box' in your approach to supporting pupils with additional needs.

Working Hours: Full time and part time positions available 8.30-3.30 TTO.
