**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Customer Services team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and engage the team to consistently deliver great results.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on team performance and customer feedback.
