Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding of new employees
  • Support the HR function with administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management

Requirements:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in HR generalist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
