We are looking for an Employee Experience Lead to join our team. The position comes with a salary of c£35,000 + Benefits and excellent development opportunities.

This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour break for lunch. You will be based in Bristol / Office Based / FREE ON-SITE PARKING.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Create and implement HR strategies that align with organisational objectives">
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews using ATS systems such as Taleo or Workday">
  • Design and deliver employee onboarding and training programs to ensure smooth transitions">
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff on best practices in human resource management">
  • Analyse HR data to inform strategic decisions and enhance workforce efficiency">
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HR system, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations">
  • Address employee relations issues through open communication and timely conflict resolution">
  • Work with management to develop talent retention and employee engagement initiatives">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a managerial capacity">
  • Familiarity with HR software such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or other HRIS platforms is essential">
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce metrics and inform decision-making">
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with employees at all levels">
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously">
  • A thorough understanding of employment law and best practices in HR is highly desirable">
