About the Job:
Motability Operations Limited is a leading employer that prioritises the wellbeing of its employees. As an Employee Wellbeing Champion, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to promote employee wellbeing across the organisation.
You will work closely with the Health & Wellbeing Manager to identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to address these issues. This may involve designing and delivering training programmes, providing coaching and mentoring to colleagues, and collaborating with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to wellbeing.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement wellbeing strategies to promote employee wellbeing across the organisation.
- Design and deliver training programmes to equip colleagues with the skills and knowledge needed to manage their wellbeing.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues to support them in managing their wellbeing and making positive lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive approach to wellbeing and identify areas for improvement.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
We offer a competitive salary package, including an annual discretionary bonus, 15% non-contributory pension, life assurance at 4 times basic salary, and access to a Cycle to Work Scheme.
