The Head of Workforce Development will lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the skills and abilities of our workforce. This includes identifying training needs, developing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps within the workforce.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to address identified needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in workforce development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
