Regional Training Coordinator

The Regional Training Coordinator will contribute to the development of a regional strategy for workforce, training, and education. This role involves implementing a network-wide framework for neonatal education and training and delivering education and training to our membership.

About the Role:
  • Support the monitoring and reporting of qualified in specialty (QIS) training requirements for the region.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Nurse for Education to deliver regional QIS and Foundation programmes.
  • Support the delivery of standalone training events, including Neonatal Education Forum and clinical skills days.


Person Specification:
  • Registered Nurse/Midwife and member of NMC.
  • Neonatal Qualification in Speciality.
  • Educated to master level or equivalent level of experience working at a senior level in specialist area.


Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
