Workforce Planning and Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Co-ordinator to join our team and drive forward-thinking solutions to meet our business objectives.

This is a permanent, full-time position with primary responsibilities based in the UK. Travel to other sites may be required, and homeworking opportunities will be available.

About the Job:
  • Develop and implement effective workforce planning strategies to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and develop training plans.
  • Lead a team of Workforce Planning Co-ordinators to achieve high-performing teams.
  • Create and maintain forecasting documents/planning documents, including scheduling for new contracts and ad hoc services.
  • Deliver performance reporting and insights to senior management.
  • Strong knowledge of basic IT packages, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Familiarity with Integrated Urgent Care.
  • Broad range of computer and telephone system skills.
  • Data interpretation and analysis skills.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
