About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain a robust workforce planning solution that aligns with our business objectives and ensures optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of workforce planning models, including forecasting and scheduling tools.
  • Work closely with our Performance Management team to ensure alignment across the organization and drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyse data and insights to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements that drive cost savings and increased productivity.
  • Coach and develop our Resource Planning Analysts, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in workforce planning, preferably within a Contact Centre environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
