Job Summary:
As a Workforce Planning Strategist at ENGINEERINGUK, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective workforce planning strategies. This includes analysing workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. You will also develop and maintain workforce planning models to forecast future staffing needs based on business growth, turnover rates, and industry trends.

This role involves collaborating with departments to align resourcing strategies with business objectives. You will provide insights on talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes. Additionally, you will write job adverts and prepare interview packs for the recruitment panel and interviewees.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in HRIS and data management systems is also required. Experience using Microsoft Visio is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role can only be worked within the UK and not overseas.
