About the Role

At Teleperformance, we are seeking an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) professional to join our team as a Resource Planning Expert. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about optimizing workforce planning and scheduling to drive business efficiency and excellence.

About You

We are looking for a skilled WFM expert with at least 2 years of experience in using Workforce Management tools. Your strong analytical and technical skills will enable you to effectively analyze data from various sources and develop insightful reports to inform business decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain accurate forecasts of workloads, taking into account seasonal fluctuations and other factors that may impact business demand.
  2. Design and implement efficient scheduling processes to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  3. Analyze historical data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on key initiatives and goals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in WFM, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement.
