Practice Plus Group, the largest independent provider of healthcare to the NHS and a leading provider of NHS111 services in England, is seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to join its team.

About the Role

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Bristol, with some travel required to other sites. As a key member of the workforce planning team, you will lead weekly planning sessions and contribute to monthly long-term planning/annual plan progress sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chair weekly planning sessions and contribute to monthly long-term planning/annual plan progress sessions.
  • Highlight areas of challenge in plans, providing timely visibility of any areas requiring corrective action.
  • Support the development of automation and value-add processes through workforce management (WFM) systems.
  • Ensure reliability and responsiveness of the WFM team.
  • Manage a team of workforce planning managers who support operational teams to deliver short to long-term objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience working in contact centre planning teams.
  • Broad range of computer and telephone systems skills.
  • Strong Excel knowledge and skills.
  • Working experience of Avaya WFM (Verint) and Avaya CMS.
  • Understanding of Integrated Urgent Care.
What We Offer
