Workforce Coordinator

Priory Group is seeking a skilled Workforce Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the hospital's operations team, this role will be responsible for managing the ward rosters for Nurses & HCA's, including booking overtime, bank workers and agency workers to ensure shifts are safely staffed:
Ensuring that the Priory internal rostering system is updated for all the wards in the hospital
Ensuring permanent employees are rostered a minimum 4-6 weeks in advance
Obtaining Bank worker availability
Site liaison for temporary agency bookings
Ensuring all hours are updated on the system in line with payroll
Requirements:
Good standard of general education with GCSE or equivalent in maths and English
NVQ level 4 or equivalent in Business Management
Competent in the use of software including Microsoft office
High standard of written and verbal communication skills
What we'd like to offer:
