Hybrid Workforce Manager

We are now recruiting for a Hybrid Workforce Manager to join Practice Plus Group at our site in Bristol. The successful candidate will work on improving operational efficiency and driving business success by leading the IUC planning team from a long, medium, and short-term perspective.
This role involves both strategic and tactical responsibilities, including weekly & monthly planning, highlighting areas of challenge in the plans, supporting the development of automation and value-add processes through WFM, and ensuring their team are reliable and responsive to requests and ongoing projects.
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Significant experience working in contact centre planning teams.
- Broad range of computer & telephone systems skills.
- Interpreting/analysing data skills.
- Strong Excel knowledge and skills.
- Working experience of Avaya WFM (Verint).
- Working experience of Avaya CMS.
- Understanding of Integrated Urgent Care.
