Director of Workforce Development

This role is ideal for someone ready to advance in their recruiting and talent career, requiring strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the talent acquisition function across the business with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, retention and engagement.
- Oversight of talent acquisition in all markets - UK, USA & APAC.
- Management of internal recruiters in different offices.
- Collaboration across businesses to enable a high-performance environment.
- Understand business objectives and ensure our recruitment roadmap supports goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition with extensive recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially minded with ability to adapt approach.
- Effective relationships through all levels of the company.
