Job Title: Senior Account Manager

This is a unique opportunity to lead our Pilots & Renewals account management team at Hybrid, a multi-award winning high-growth global media agency. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a team of 7 direct reports and contribute to the overall success of our Bristol office.

We have continued growth and continuous client acquisition in our UK office, where we have a dynamic team of 12. As a key hire, you will be responsible for managing the client renewal pipeline worth £3M per year and leading the team of AM/AEs to ensure high-quality engagement with clients and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or renewing partnerships.

The successful candidate will join us on a salary estimated at £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience. This role presents the leverage of a highly successful office with a strong foothold in the market. Your primary focus will be on elevating our customer service to achieve results, while collaborating across departments to upskill your team and uncover challenges from our clients.

Your responsibilities will include managing the client renewal pipeline, leading the team to ensure high-quality engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling, and establishing relationships with clients and colleagues. You will also track and report on opportunities to ensure gaps in skills are addressed and identify bottlenecks and obstacles to develop solutions and implement training plans for the team.

Requirements for this role include at least 4 years of people management experience and at least 6 years of Account Management or Client Engagement experience. A proactive, positive attitude with ability to use initiative is essential, as well as commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to raise the value of accounts and handle challenging situations. You should be highly personable and able to build rapport with clients and colleagues quickly in a professional manner. Other requirements include strong time management skills, a can-do attitude and energy that aligns with Hybrid's growth ambitions, and the ability to keep calm and deliver to high standards under pressure.
