About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our Strategic Partnerships team. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who wants to drive growth and develop their career in a high-growth agency.

Hybrid is a multi-award-winning global media agency with offices worldwide, specializing in providing world-class media, creative, content, and research services to leading Higher Education institutions globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic relationships with key clients to understand campaign objectives and drive results.
  • Oversee media buying strategies and manage successful delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts across paid media and implement solutions.
  • Manage client budgets, produce project schedules, and report on campaign performance.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
  • Agency experience working in a client services role.
  • Good understanding of key paid media channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display etc.) to shape campaign progress and drive results.
  • Energetic presence to engage clients and build rapport, whilst motivating the team to deliver powerful campaigns.
What We Offer
  • £40,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience.

Location

Bristol or hybrid (3 days in, 2 days from home).

Full-time position, permanent contract.
