Job Title: IT Account Director

This position involves creating and executing account plans, identifying areas for service improvement, and collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional results and build long-lasting relationships.

As an experienced professional in account management or a similar field, you possess a deep understanding of best practices for IT service management. Your ability to define and deliver an IT roadmap for client accounts is essential in driving success.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including 24 days holiday + bank holidays, hybrid working, life assurance, annual bonus scheme, and pension scheme.
