Account Manager Lead

At Hybrid, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to drive growth and lead a team of account managers. As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the client renewal pipeline, worth £3M per year, and leading a team of 7 direct reports. Your key objectives will include increasing Average Order Value by building trust in campaign results, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and working closely with Operations and Digital teams to ensure excellence in process and quality control.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of people management experience and 6 years of account management or client engagement experience. A Publisher/Media platform background is preferred but not essential. The successful candidate will possess commercial acumen, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude, ability to use initiative, and close attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
