Strategic Recruitment Leader Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Workforce Development to join our team at Hybrid.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition function across the business, driving strategic recruitment initiatives and overseeing employee retention and engagement.

You will work closely with the management team to understand business objectives and growth goals, ensuring our recruitment roadmap and planning align with these targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Manage a small team of local internal recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure successful talent acquisition outcomes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to build relationships and ensure a high-performance environment.
  • Represent the Hybrid brand and culture as a passionate ambassador.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Our Salary Range:

  • $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
