Childcare Development Lead

We are seeking a Childcare Development Lead to join our team at BS3 Community Development. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement new ideas and initiatives that enhance our childcare services.
You will work closely with our Lead Practitioner and team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our nursery friends. You will also contribute to the development of our policies and procedures, and participate in training and development opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving and project management skills, as well as a passion for working with young children. You should be qualified to Level 3 or above and have experience in a similar setting.
The salary for this position is approximately £26,695 per annum, which is competitive with industry standards. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension scheme, subsidised under-five's childcare, and training and development opportunities.
