Job Overview:

Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across Bristol and surrounding areas

Salary: £29,400 - £33,600 (depending on qualifications and experience)

The role includes an excellent package, including holiday entitlement, mileage reimbursement, and more.

Type: Full time, Permanent

This position requires a minimum of 3+ years of nursery management experience, a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare, and Level 2 English and Maths / GCSE equivalents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Early Years Childcare up to Level 5, along with Functional Skills to level 2.
  • Managing a caseload of learners, conducting remote and face-to-face observations for learner evidence.
  • Supporting learners through the End Point Assessment Process.
  • Organising and maintaining documentation on learner progress.
  • Learner support, advice, and motivation.
  • Adapting delivery to meet learner needs and overcoming barriers to learning.
  • Meeting Assessor KPIs for timely visits, reviews, learner progression, quality paperwork, and administration.
