Job Title: Clinical Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training programs across the BNSSG area. As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a key role in supporting the trust's clinical transformation project plans by delivering evidence-based psychosocial intervention training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and delivering high-quality, evidence-based training programs to support clinical transformation project plans.
• Focusing capacity on delivering evidence-based interventions, such as those recommended by NICE.
• Reporting on training activity and delivery at regular intervals as required.

The ideal candidate will have advanced specialist training in CBT for psychosis and significant experience of delivering training. You will work closely with the BNSSG Psychological Training lead and associate trainers with lived experience to ensure training is co-developed and co-delivered.

This is a 2-day a week post holder role that requires flexibility in working locations. Opportunities for continuing professional development and innovative research projects are available, with close links to the University of Bath, the University of Exeter, and the University of South Wales.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
