We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crèche Manager to lead our team at the UK & Ireland IKEA locations. As a key member of our childcare provision, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and entertainment to children aged 3-10 years.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement a programme of activities that engage children in educational and entertaining play.
  • Liaise with the leadership team and local community to build strong relationships and ensure a seamless service.
  • Lead a diverse team of child carers, providing guidance and support to deliver outstanding customer-focused care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and secure environment for all children attending the setting.
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of activities, developing the site and its services.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of Level 3 childcare qualification.
  • Proven experience working with children aged 3-10 years.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills to interact with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to utilise Microsoft Office 365 and complete basic administrative tasks.
Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including VIVUP, our wellbeing and happiness programme, ongoing professional development and training opportunities, and the chance to progress internally and develop your career.
