About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Workforce Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and guidance. Your primary objective will be to help professionals across our customer base get the most out of our platform.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support and guidance to customers using our platform.
  • Help customers navigate our tools and features, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our platform to diagnose software issues and collaborate with our product and engineering teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure smooth resolution of support tickets.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Possess technical aptitude or familiarity with software concepts.
  • Experience in a help-desk environment would be an asset.
