About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our recruitment team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-employment and compliance checks for temporary workers
  • Sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels
  • Creating and sending assignment confirmations
  • Supporting the recruitment and registration of office professionals
  • Advertising vacancies and receiving and reviewing applications
  • Providing exceptional candidate care and ensuring a smooth payroll process
  • Assisting with marketing efforts and promoting our services

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar
  • Previous experience with compliance and administrative tasks
