Our Business Support Team play a key role in our business, offering a wide variation of administrative tasks to the wider business teams. Due to internal growth, we are looking to add further Administrators to the team.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- You will answer incoming calls and distribute to relevant areas of the business always delivering excellent customer service.
- You will liaise with our partner agents and branches in a professional manor, whilst effectively communicating with vendors, chasing important documents needed for the completion of sale.
- You will ensure quality checks are made on certified copies of legal documents, and scan, copy and return important legal documents such as Title Deeds and certificates.
- You will be an ambassador for iamproperty, presenting yourself in the best way to our partner agents, their clients, your team and everyone you engage with.
- Experience within administration is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
