Applicants will need to know the importance of confidentiality, be a team player and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As Recruitment Administrator the post holder will be expected to be responsible for the day to day administration of the recruitment function whilst providing general administrative support to the Directorate.

In addition they will be responsible for updating and maintaining recruitment computer record systems to ensure accurate and effective management data is available to respond to queries and produce reports.

You will be required to have significant experience and knowledge of IT Systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point and have evidence of CPD.

To provide effective and efficient administration, to support the smooth running of the
department
To learn and develop in the work environment through the instruction and training.
To continuously contribute to the progression and development of the chosen department and
Recruitment Team t through the provision of a high quality service
To provide general and effective administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
To answer routine queries arising from staff regarding recruitment issues.
Responsible for updating and maintaining the HR computer record systems to ensure accurate and effective management data is available to respond to queries and to produce reports.
