A nationwide facilities management company are looking for experienced admin staff with knowledge and experience of project management to join their Projects team.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver reports on projects and programmes to demonstrate status and results
- Raising purchase orders
- Communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Use the data collection service correctly and keeping records up to date
- Support with invoicing and other aspects of project delivery
What you need to have:
- Strong Excel skills for reporting
- Awareness of construction would be preferable
- Understanding of the healthcare sector would also be beneficial
